MPL115A1 Digital barometer with SPI

I am having problem connecting the barometer to a suitable micro-controller, i don't know which one to use. Also i don't know if i need to program the micro-controller in order to take pressure readings. Can anyone tell me which micro-controller might be compatible or a board that already has a micro-controller and can be used to communicate with the barometer.

I just need to take pressure readings of the MPL115A1.
