MMPF0100NPZES Coin Mode Current Draw

When the system is in Coin Cell mode, with Vin = 0V, the current drawn by the LICELL pin (VSNVS_3V Domain) is around 75 uA, but after about two minutes this current increases to 180 uA and then slowly returns to 75 uA.

Is normal/acceptable?  What is happening?

Hi Terry McHenry,

What could be happening here is that additional current may be drawn in the coin cell mode when RESETBMCU is pulled up to VSNVS due an internal path from RESETBMCU to VIN and this could be seen as a normal known behavior.

Have a great day,
