MMPF0100 programming for customer device

Hello,

in datasheet "Table 10. Start-up Configuration" show a "default configuration"

MMPF0100NPEP is not programmed. Is "Default Configuration" the MMPF0100NPEP version?

I bought MMPF0100F0EP for a first test. Now i woud like to change the configuration.

Can i programm F0 version to customer version with programmer KITPFPGMEVME ?

Or means "pre-programmed" the final version?

"Pre-programmed OTP Configuration" means not "hard-coded configuration"
