MMPF0100 pre-programmed OTP value is different with datasheet.

Hi.

I'm using MMPF0100(F0 code) for i.MX6Q device. I have a question about pre-programmed OTP value.

I confirmed that VGEN4 VOUT is 1.8V at F0 code device. But I met 3.0V on VGEN4 VOUT on my board.

Others are OK. Only VGEN4 is wrong. Is it possible?

Also, please check Your design regarding ER19 from the PMIC Errata.

"When VIN starts, it ramps up from between 100 mV and

400 mV, the regulators may not startup and/or the buck regulator

outputs can glitch high momentarily."
