MIMXRT1062CVL5B Debugger

Hello everybody,

I am a new member of forum. I also a Hardware Engineer and I from Viet Nam. I am developing a project using MIMXRT1062CVL5B but I have some issues about it. I will describe the step in below.

Step 1: I connected RT1062 with J-link (https://www.thegioiic.com/j-link-v9-mach-nap?gidzl=fKSg5tagwqEWK2mJU3NiJA5I8nncCRCVwrmd6pKnuKIv0ICNO...) via 3v3, DIO, CLK and GND (SWD) and then It work very well.

Step 2: I supplied the main Power is 12V to my custom board and then I cannot connect with RT via SWD, although 3v3 and GND NOT short-circuit, 3v3 voltage and 1.8V still OK.

Currently I not know where is bug of my custom board. I share the schematic, please help me review it.
