Lauterbach scripts for i.MX8

Hi, 

The app note AN12631 mentions the use of the following scripts for Lauterbach related to i.MX8/8X:

SCFW debugging: MX8_misc/coresight-jtag-provision.cmm

SCFW attach: coresight-scu.cmm

Secure debug: jtag_attach.cmm, jtagc_calculateresponse.cmm

Where can we find these scripts ?

Are there any A53 and A72 (.cmm) scripts available for use for i.MX8QM ?

Yes, there are A53 and  A72 scripts available. You can either get in contact with Lauterbach in order to get them, or open an internal support ticket (link below for a guide on this) and tag me with your inquiry.
