LPDDR4 with 4 channels (64-bit)

Hi NXP,

Do you have any processor that can support LPDDR4 device with 4 channels (64-bit)?

This 4 channel LPDDR4 device only has 1 RESET_n pin.

Can I use two iMX8MP processors to support this device? The 1st iMX8MP connects to channel A and channel B. The 2nd iMX8MP connects to channel C and channel D. The RESET_n pin connects to either one of the iMX8MP. Is it possible?

if this is two die device seems it is possible with i.MX8M Plus, as it have CS0,CS1 lines

as depicted below (from SPF-46368 p.5 i.MX8M Plus EVK schematic)

I think only two CS is not enough. Please check the block diagram below.
