LCD frequency not generating when we remove the LCD

hi @all

I am working on imx6ul custom board based on imx6ul nxp evk. When i connect the LCD to custom board, lcd clock is generating but when i remove the LCD from custom board then lcd clock is not generating. When i am debugging the LCD issue, i have found this issue. Please let us know the issue if any

Hi Shamiullah

one can try to debug it, probably driver expects some data from LCD through (for example) i2c.

Just as example one can look at below link with HDMI usage
