Jlink on imx6sx

Hi,

I am new to uC and not familiar with the internal workings of it.  I am exploring using Jlink to emulate a i.mx6sx to test memory devices connected to it.  I have a on board i.mx6sx with SPI Flash, FRAM, eMMC, and DDR3L connected.

Can I use Jlink to test the memory with standard test patterns (AA/55) and also to program the eMMC?  If so, where can I get more info on the 'how' in this forum?
