Is there any restrict to input a interrupt after i.MX6 sleeps?

Hi all,

I'm evaluating a i.MX6D board.

Then, i.MX6D did not wake-up from low power mode if a wake-up interrupt is input to i.MX6D immediately after i.MX6D changes PMIC_STBY_REQ signal from 0b to 1b.

So I guess, there is a timing restriction to input a wake-up interrupt.

(e.g. wake-up interrupt should be input to i.MX6 after xx [sec] or over from PMIC_STBY_REB changes 0b to 1b.)

Is my guess correct?

If correct, could you let me know how log time is needed from PMIC_STBY_REQ 0b -> 1b?

Best Regards,

Hi, Satoshi

As far as I know, there is no restriction, how do you test it? I have ever tested such case before, it can wakeup system. Can you let me know the test steps of yours?
