Invalid EEPROM context - iMX93 QSB

I am using iMX93 QSB with latest firmware ; Linux 6.6.36_2.1.0

I want to measure power of the Board using bcu tool, I am facing this error:

Please share how to resolve this

bcu eeprom -w -board=imx93evk11

Then you can choose to replace option <-board=> with <-auto>.

NOTE: If other boards are also connected to the same host, <-auto> may break its ttyUSB function temporarily.

Hi I tried this on Windows, with my iMX93 QSB

bcu eeprom -w -board=imx93evk11

I also tried this on an Ubuntu 22 Host. with my iMX93 QSB

I am facing the same issue "pac1934_write_bipolar: pac 1934 failure"

If I run board= imx93qsb

sudo ./bcu monitor -board=imx93qsb

Gives me Capture time, but does not give the Current and Power

Hello @emb-dev 

This is expected, because in the imx93EVK board we have Current monitors to measure the lines:

You can refer to the i.MX93EVK schematics on page 12.

The QSB has not those current monitors, but it has the PCA9655EMTTXG port expander, that it can control the BOOT_MODE, Reset pines to reset board and boot from an specific device.

If you want to measure the lines I recommend to you to use the i.MX93 EVK (A0 or A1 are supported in BCU).
