I.MX6UL ethernet problem

在使用I.MX6UL的时候用两路以太网，PHY是LAN8720，ID分别是0和1，我改完，冷启动，会出现：

root@freescale ~$ ifconfig eth1 up
ifconfig: SIOCSIFFLAGS: No such device

但是如果我reboot一下，两路网络都可以，多次重复试验，现象一样，但是同样的配置在demo板上没有出现，这种是什么现象

Possibly eth1 interface does not start up at power-on but with re-initializing it comes up fine.
Please make sure that the board meets the power-on sequence.
