I.MX6. 24M crystal cannot work,

Hi ,ALL!

          I need help of I.MX6. my board cannot up because of  24M crystal  canot work,

          I measure pin NVCC_PLL_OUT is 1.1V, but XTALI  keep  low (XTALO can up to 1.1V).

          This is caused by what reason，let me known， thanks a lot.

Please check Your design regarding 24 MHz oscillator requirements in
Table 2-7 (Oscillator and clock recommendations) of the Hardware Development
Guide for i.MX 6Quad, 6Dual, 6DualLite, 6Solo Families of Applications Processors
(IMX6DQ6SDLHDG).
In particular, please pay attention on the EB830 document.
