How to support Touch in ubuntu ?

Hello,

I installed ubuntu image on iMX6 sabre lite board, I use LVDS panel now, I found the touch is not work. Could you give me suggestions how to make touch work?

I noticed that "ft5x06-ts 2-0038: ft5x06: Could not detect touch screen -19." during booting. Below is log from serial console.

Hi,

Where did you get this display? I typed "LCD8000-97C" in Google and it looked like the primary vendor of this display is farnell/element14. See the datasheet here:

http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1780778.pdf

Hi,

Which LVDS panel are you using? Is it one display from Boundary Devices?
