imx6q rtl8188usb-wifi configure

Hi,

I'm confused with rtl8188usb-wifi configuring in terminal on imx6q with linux-3.14.28.When I use the UI connect manager with lcd,it's easy to connect to the wifi.While removing the lcd and configuring in the terminal ,it's always failed.I modify the "/etc/ wpa_supplicant.conf" and use "wpa_supplicant -B -D wext -i wlan0 -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf" cmd,it returns:

It seems using connman tool,I use connmanctl cmd and success to connect to the  wifi that I point  to

cloud you tell me what ‘s  the connmanctl cmd  ？
