How to set the RPA for i.MX 8MQ + DDR4

Hi

I am trying to use i.MX 8M with DDR4.

The DDR4 under consideration to use is as follows.
We are going to have a total of 16Gb configuration by installing two.(8Gb x 2)
H5AN8G6NCJR-VKC(96ball)

MX8M DDR4 RPA is using the latest version v11.

The DDR4 I am going to use has a 512Mb x 16 configuration.
However, RPA can be set from at least 2Gb.

Am I misunderstanding the usage of MX8M DDR4 Tool?
Or maybe the MX8M DDR4 Tool needs to be updated?
