How to partition the flash to support Encrypted XiP and filesystem

We are studying i.MXRT1172 processor to be used in our product.
We need encrypted XiP feature and also a filesystem partition to store the resources (log file, UI resources, etc.). We have decided to use MQX OS. We have decided to keep an external flash (QSPI interface).

For the above requirement we have designed the flash layout as shown in below picture,

Now the question, is it possible to use a single flash memory chip to keep the application binaries and a partition for the filesystem like shown in above image?

Yes, that would be possible, with and without RTOS.

You can also check with the MQX support for that (once you buy mqx)
