How to config SNVS_PMIC_ON_REQ?

Hi all:

I'm using imx6ul chip on my custom board.I use PMIC_ON_REQ function to wakeup external pmic.But I need reconfigure that pin with push-pull.How can i configure it on uboot and kernel?
