I have an imx6sx motherboard that uses GPIO to simulate serial bus output. According to the manual, set SPEED = 11, SRE = 1, DSE = 2, and find that the clock output of GPIO analog is only a few hundred K. How can I increase the output frequency of GPIO?

you should develop such solution yourself. NXP does not support it in its BSPs.
