Generate .sb boot loader image for imx28evk

Hi ,

I am trying to build Angstrom 2016.12 based boot loader for imx28evk board. I am able to build the boot loader but the generated files are of .bin extension .

How can I request Angstrom build  system to generate .sb images which I can use with mxsldr too.

nxp provides software for i.MX28EVK on

i.MX28 Evaluation Kit|NXP 

for special cases which can not be found on that page, recommended to

apply to NXP Professional Services, which helps with software customization
