GStreamer Pipeline for live streaming using USB Camera from imx6 board to Desktop over network

Hello,

I want to stream a live video using USB camera connected to i.MX6 dual core board to the host system via Ethernet.

I'm using USB camera with UVC support and connected to i.MX6 dual core via USB.

The details of setup I am using are as follows:

Linux Ubuntu 18.20

Board: iMX6 dual core

USB Camera: Waveshare SBC2091

Please share the gstreamer pipeline which can be used for live streaming of the video captured by USB camera that can be used on i.MX6.

Also pipeline used on Desktop system.

Or If you can also provide the references.

My aim is to achieve the 1080p Resolution with Minimum latency lower than 30miliSec.
