Freezing issue on IMX8MP SOM

Hi NXP Team,

We are encountering random system freezing issues on an i.MX8M Plus platform, specifically using an IWave SOM. These freezes occur during various operations — most notably while performing video streaming from platforms such as YouTube, RTSP streams, and other media sources.

Attached are the video of incident, demsg boot log and logcat logs.

Hi,

You could try increasing the size of the GPU's reserved memory. Low GPU available memory could be the cause.
