Failed to run iMX6ULZ ram boot mode

I have just got a new customized iMX6ULZ HW,  I set up RAM boot mode, the SDP was running fine, but it did not boot from RAM, no u-boot in console. I know it must be HW problem as I was able to run it on another iMX6UlZ HW many times, any clues what could be wrong in HW to fail RAM boot mode?

Hello,

It would be difficult to say what could be wrong with your custom HW, may I ask what do you mean by RAM boot?

Also, did your custom board pass the DDR stress tool?
