DDR stress test tool

Hi All

I just ran the DDR Stress test tool.

I got the two files (attached):

ddr_calibration_20150819-11'38'44.log

ddr_stresstest_20150719-12'57'12.log

I was wondering if one can recommend a/few document/s to help interpret them in more depth...?
