DDR Script Aid for i.MX51

Hi all 

I'm finding the DDR script aid for i.MX51.

But I found only for i.MX53.

I.MX53 DDR3 Script Aid 

Where can I find the DDR script aid for i.MX51 ?

If there are no DDR script aid for i.MX51, please share the reason why DDR script aid for i.MX51 isn't ready.

Hi Ko-hey

this is old processor and does not support ddr3, there is no more

tool development for old processors. You can obtain xls spreadsheet

for configuring MX51 ESDRAMC timing parameters by creating service request.
