Config Tools: DDR Test - Write ODT reports thousands of errors

Hello,

I am using Config Tools for i.MX 26.03 to optimize the DRAM timings of a custom i.MX95 based board with LPDDR4X.

I am  running the "Write ODT and driver"-optimization. This takes a very long time, if an error occurs, because every single error is reported by the test firmware. Instead of stopping the test and moving on to the next test, the tool just keeps going and reports thousands of errors.
See attached log file.

Selecting "Stop on Fail" in the "Choose Tests" tab does not have any effect on this.

Is there any way to speed this up?

Hello,

What you are observing is expected behavior for the DDR tool.

The “Stop on Fail” option only applies to the Stressing scenario, this option is not available in Optimization test.

In the optimization flow, the tool is designed to sweep all ODT/driver combinations and build a complete PASS/FAIL map, so it will continue running and report all detected errors instead of stopping at the first failure.

Unfortunately, there is no option to force early termination of the ODT/driver optimization test.

Best regards.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I have attached the logs below.

I was unable to export the Logs, the button is greyed out for the failed runs (See screenshot). The logs can only be exported from successful runs.
I have copied and pasted the logs instead.

Best regards,
