Are there any test tools to test all of the hardware functions?

We are using imx6 platform which is based on sabresd platform with Yocto BSP.

And we would like test our hardware function,including stress test for CPU,memory,gpu and peripheral devices function like uart、network、usb、display...etc

Are there any test tools to test all of the hardware functions?

Can you recommend satisfy our needs test tool?with or without cost

Or if you want to make a fully hardware function test, how would you recommend to do?

Hi charles huang,

So sorry we do not have this test tool to test the hardware functions you mentioned in your thread. In our website only DDR stress test tool provided.

About test all these functions, you can run software on your board to test the functions one by one.
