About  question of V5 KEY_ROW4 for the terminal.

In IMX6DQRM Rev 2, of  sect 36.4.375 Pad Control Register (IOMUXC_SW_PAD_CTL_PAD_KEY_ROW4) Bit # 15,14 setting value in the Reset has become a 0b10,

100K Ohm Pull Up has been selected.

On the other hand, IMX6DQAEC Rev. 3  of Table 100 Out of Reset Condition has become a PD (100K).

Since there is no in Table 101 is KEY_ROW4, in Res, is a terminal that does not change Res later state.

Which is correct the Reference manuals or data sheet ?

correct is datasheet  IMX6DQAEC Rev. 3  of Table 100 Out of Reset Condition
