About ON_TIME (00: 500msec off-> on transition time)
Is the time from when BTN is asserted to when the SOC power is turned on including the time when power is supplied to the iMX and the reset release time?

Hello Goto,

The function of the ON_TIME is slightly different. You can see a simplified diagram on the following Community Document. The BTN must be asserted ON_TIME miliseconds so that the PMIC is asserted to power on the SoC power.
