OpenVX on iMX8Plus

Hi NXP's Experts and Community,

I'm trying to build and run OpenVX Samples from Khronos (https://github.com/KhronosGroup/openvx-samples). I used Yocto BSP 5_4_70-2_3_0 for SDK cross compile and deployment.

When I tried to run any those samples it looks like only CPU is running ​no GPU. I was expecting much more GPU than CPU fir such tests.

Did I make something wrong ?

I.MX8MP NPU supports OpenVX, you can refer to the documents as below:

Hi joanxie I read carefully the documents below. Well I read only one though since the first one can't be reached  My understanding the second link is your OpenVX implementation is tight to your device: vendor-specific extensions. But does NXP's OpenVX (VSI) follow the whole Khronos spec ? Running the same OpenVX example on NVIDIA Video card, the CPU loads is really almost nothing: most processing in perform with GPU. Do you confirm my assumption ? or would it be possible to have a try with the example from Khronos ? Thanks and regard
