What is the SDK version that you are working on? Did you install the 2.6.2 version?

Please look at the JN-AN-1260 You could double-check the process for the python section, also you need to update the for a new version.

The IDE I downloaded is 11.2.1 version, and python only downloaded 2.7.18 version. Do I need to delete the python2.7.18 version and download the python3.0 version.
