Hi Team,

I am facing two problem while I am trying to run the examples  "wireless_example_bluetooth_hid_bg, wireless_example_bluetooth_hid_freertos" using "QN9080-DK" evaluation board.
Problem-1: The board was able to connect to the IOS mobile device and Laptop but the demo was not running as mentioned in the "Bluetooth Low Energy Demo Application" user guide at section 5.6.

Problem-2: Another problem is with the Android devices it rejects connections when we click on the connect/pair button. We are unable to understand what might be causing this.

Could anyone address these issues and get them resolved. Any help to resolve these issues would be very thankful.

Hello,

Hope you are doing well. Could you please try using the latest SDK version? MCUXpresso SDK Builder

Also, what do you mean with "the demo was not running as mentioned"?

Regards,

Ricardo

Hi @Ricardo_Zamora ,

I have tried the example from the SDK you provided and captured the results. I am unable to see the output as mentioned in the "Bluetooth Low Energy Demo Applications User Guide". After flashing the code, the device is just advertising as "NXP_HID" and connecting. But, there are no Mouse movements in IOS Mobile Device, Laptop. Also found connection rejection in Android mobile devices attached the images. Please go through it.
What might the issue be, Could you please look into it?

Hi @Ricardo_Zamora ,

Thank you for the reply,

I mean in the demo user application given as "The demo moves the cursor in a square pattern between AXIS_MIN and AXIS_MAX" after the device connected (like Mobile or PC). But it doesn't happen. I have imported the example from the MCU IDE itself (File->New->Import SDK examples). But the SDK version is 2.2.5.

Thank you for the reply,

I am using the QN9080-DK Evaluation Board which is already mentioned in the previous message. Below I attached the board image. I forget to mention the SDK "SDKPackages\SDK_2.2.4_QN908XCDK\boards\qn908xcdk\wireless_examples\bluetooth". Anything is required, please let me know.

Thank you,

Hello @James5427 ,

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding at the beginning. The reason is that the QN9080 - DK development board doesn't fall within the scope of support of the Kinetis forum. In my opinion, it belongs to the support scope of wireless MCUs. I've already transferred this post to the wireless MCU forum. Subsequently, there will be professional supporters specifically responsible for providing specialized assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

BRs,

Celeste
