Under i2C slave mode, occasionally, the NTP5312 does not acknowledge the first address byte. So, I would like to know if there is any restriction in NTP5312 i2C read/write..

There is not any limitation for NTP5312 i2C read/write. Maybe, you can refer the below logic to communication with NTP5312.
