JN5189: NFC communication with Android.

Hello,

Is it possible for JN5189's NFC communicating with Android smart phones? If feasible, what is the better way for `getting started'? (e.g. any good example? Trying PN7150 firstly then go back to JN5189? ...)

1 Yes. 

2 What the role you want the mcu play? Reader(Read the info from phone) or Tag(Provide the data for phone to read)? Do you have the develop board?

3 PN7150 is a reader. So you want to connect the JN5189 with PN7150? And read the data form phone? If so, you should concern about the porting the nfc lib to your mcu. Link for you to refer.

Might be both, but the Reader is prioritized. For example, Phone as configurator: store some setting information on Phones and provide them to the Reader device.

I have DK6 of JN5164 and it seems to have both Reader/Writer functions.

Sorry, I just guessed that starting with well-proven PN7150 is much easier to understand technical  issues. After then going back to JN5189-DK6. Thanks for the Link, it seems good information
