Thanks for contact NXP support. As the DataSheet providing some necessary information for the BGA2869, there isn't direct PCB file for external.

Could you please consult the datasheet to carry out your design? Especially the second chapter(Pinning information) and tenth chapter(Package outline).

Here you can find the datasheet of BGA2869.

NXP has some guidance materials on PCB design, which you can download on the website. For example, High Speed Layout Design Guidelines describes general principles of high-speed layout design,PCB design and layout guidelines for CBTU02044 describes PCB design and layout recommendations using the CBTU02044 switch chip, PCB Layout Design for Analog Applications  describes PCB layout design guidelines for analog applications. You can choose the right information to refer to according to your specific needs.

Data sheet for the BGA2869 provides recommendations for PCB design such as ground planes, bias circuits, and input-output matching networks. You can refer to this information to design your own PCB.
