In LPSTOP3 mode. It is a question when there was Wakeup interrupt before WFI instruction practice.

①Does MPU carry out WFI?

I understand it as the following but is this correct?

　- It changes in LPSTOP3 mode, and does wakeup.

I apologize, I do not quite understand your question. Are you inquiring about a wakeup interrupt when just one core has been issued the WFI instruction? This should cause the Vybrid to resume from LPSTOP3 mode, regardless of the GPC IMR register values. There is a thread that discusses this here:
