Dear Soichi,

No, it does not:

1. The Datasheet states "16 bit DRAM Controller with support for LPDDR2/DDR3 - Up to 400 MHz (ECC supported)".
2. According to the Datasheet, table "Recommended Operating conditions", voltage values for the   SDRAMC_VDD1P5 power rails are either 1.2V (LPDDR2) or 1.5V (DDR3), not 1.8V required for DDR2.
