Pin termination DDR address

Dear support,

We are planning to use DDR with 14bit address input.

Please teach us how to terminate unused address bits of Vybrid (DDR_A[14] and DDR_A[15]).

In the reference circuit, unused address bit was connected to VTT_DDR3 via 47ohm resister.

Dear Keisuke,

You may use the same approach as the reference circuit does.

At the same time, termination is required for impedance matching of a toggling line, but unused lines do not toggle...
