At the same time, according to our policy, this kind of information is provided with signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), usually via your local Freescale FAE (Field Applications Engineer). 2. Please, be very cautions - unlike the 364-pin BGA versions, the automotive (R series) and consumer (F series) 176-pin QFP ones have different pinouts! - Details in their datasheets.
