At the same time, according to our policy, this kind of information is provided with signing an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), usually via your local Freescale FAE (Field Applications Engineer). The FAE will then turn to us, Factory Support, for this information, which we will gladly provide for you.
2. Please, be very cautions - unlike the 364-pin BGA versions, the automotive (R series) and consumer (F series) 176-pin QFP ones have different pinouts! - Details in their datasheets.
