Hi,

I have to connect 4G LTE module L506 to  T1024 based board as a USB device. Kernel is configured with following configuration:

CONFIG_USB_SERIAL=y
CONFIG_USB_SERIAL_CONSOLE=y
CONFIG_USB_SERIAL_GENERIC=y

/dev/ttyUSB0 entry is not present. Decvice ID and vender ID is also provided in  drivers/usb/serial/option.c file. Please help to resolve this issue.

SDK version 1.9

Kernel Version : 3.12 RT 51+

Thanks & Regards,

Are you sure about this /dev/ttyUSB0? Maybe you got some other device entry also.

Is "USB Serial Converter support" enabled in kernel menu?

See attached Clipboard02.jpg file.

Find configuration for your device in kernel menu for your device. See attached Clipboard04.jpg file.

Have a great day,
