T2080 DDR3 problem

I use tcl to initial DDR3 Controller,

I open Memory Broswer,the value is ???????.

What is wrong?

In your init file, did you config DDR to starts from 0x0?

This should be a RCW issue.

I have tested simple CodeWarrior project on the T2080rdb board. See attached screenshot. Test your board using attached project.
