LCD Interface with 1042RDB

How to interface TFT LCD(LQ150X1LW71N) that is shown in reference schematic with T1042RDB? The brightness control connectors of the LCD panel are two pin connector and there is 3 pin connector on board(J16, J17) . Similarly there are two connectors(J16,J17) on board relevant to LCD's brightness whereas there are four connectors(CN2,3,4,5) on LCD panel.

It is required to use DC to AC inverter.

For example, DMD43246:

The RDB 16-2 provides 12V for the inverter.

To control ON/OFF and brightness it is needed to connect:

RDB      Inverter

J17-1      J1-5

J17-3      J1-6

Then how the brightness is controlled of the LCD.
What is will be connected to J17 ?
