how to use my float codewarrior license

I generate license.dat and copy to C:\Freescale\CW4NET_v2020.06\Common, but codewarrior license said cant connect to license server

Have you setup the floating License manager on the server and configured the ports correcly? please see the document attched to get the floating license manager created.
