Hello,
I have a question from my customer who have bought CodeWarrior.
They try to apply the new floating license, but the following error message(as attached) appears when CodeWarrior 5.1 has started-up.
They say that there was no problem with their old license(annual) but the message appears by replacing license.
I heard their procedure of license applying but it seems no problem.
How does this error mean? Could you tell me the solution?

-Server/Client PC : Windows7 Professional Service Pack 1
* same PCs
-CodeWarrior ver : CodeWarrior 5.1
-FlexLM application ver : v11.500

Hi,
There are some problems with license files for classic tools generated by the web license system.
The keys for IDE and PEx could be corrupted.
To solve the problem we need to manually correct the key and re-encrypt the license file.
I re-commend to contact the license team using Service Request system and to provide the license file used.
Summit a Service Request online:
- Go to following URL: www.nxp.com/techsupport
- Click on right option under Submit New Issues
In case you will come to a login page.
If you are already registered with Freescale (using the Forum, subscribed to newsletter, ...)
use your Freescale login and password. Otherwise, Click on "Register Now" to get registered.
You can submit your request through the web from there.

Thank you for your quick responce.
I am afraid that I cannot find the entrance page for Service Request.
Here is my window of Submit New Issues/View Existing Issues.
I logged in and I click these links, but
- "Web or Access Issues" and "eCommerce" can bring Service Request page but they are not for Licensing.
- "Ticket begins with 1-XXX" can bring past log page of existing Service Request but I cannot submit new SR for Licensing.
- All other links bring Community.
Then, how can I reach Service Request related to CodeWarrior Licensing?

Yesterday was the Day 1 of new NXP (including Freescale).
