Hi,
There are some problems with license files for classic tools generated by the web license system.
The keys for IDE and PEx could be corrupted.
To solve the problem we need to manually correct the key and re-encrypt the license file.
I re-commend to contact the license team using Service Request system and to provide the license file used.
Summit a Service Request online:
- Go to following URL: www.nxp.com/techsupport
- Click on right option under Submit New Issues
In case you will come to a login page.
If you are already registered with Freescale (using the Forum, subscribed to newsletter, ...)
use your Freescale login and password. Otherwise, Click on "Register Now" to get registered.
You can submit your request through the web from there.
