Client computer not able to obtain CW license from the Server

I have set up a floating license for Code Warrior on our license server at work, and it seems to be up and running. When I start Code Warrior it tries to obtain a license from the server, but never get's a response. I have used wire shark on both the client and the server and can see the request going to the server, but the server never responds.  I have set up the firewall on the server to allow TCP and UDP from the client to pass through, and still no response. Eventually Code Warrior times out and gives me the following error messages. I would appreciate any help as I am unsure of what to try next. Thank you.

Can you help me perform the steps below:

 

Server Side:

  1. Can you send me the logs
  2. Open a CMD and go to the location where theFlexLM is hosted
  3. Run the command lmgrd -z
  4. Please send me a screen capture of the result

Client Side:

  1. open a CMD and do a telnet to the server with the port number eg. 128.0.0.0  2700
    1. send me a screen capture of the result
