30-day evaluation license

Hello,

I downloaded an evaluation copy of Codewarrior HC12 V4.6 to test it with a MC9S12NE64 microprocessor. I would like to obtain a 30-day evaluation license and sent a mail to license@freescale.com as discribed in the download menu. Unfortunately I haven´t received a response yet

Do I have to send some special information (i.e. about the project) or did something else wrong?

Hello,

I'm going mad fighting with license files. Anyone please help!

After much pain I know have V4.6 Codewarrior prof version installed. I have a 30 day license installed which has removed the file number and code size limit.

The problem is that I'm using advanced beans in the processor expert (Ethernet). When I compile, an error message informs me my license does not allow advanced beans.

But tech support in the UK and the freescale web site confirm that the 30 day prof license should allow this.

Hello Wayne,

When updating the license.dat, I always append the information and not remove the previous content.

If you could indicate the ERROR Code that could help us giving you the right line for the license.

The error is displayed when I load the project. Code is -5,357. Message "Processor Expertlicense 'Advanced Beans' for HCS12 family was not found or is not valid".

Flexlm detailed info:

No such feature exists.

Feature PE_Advanced_BeansHCS12

The Bean wizard also causes the same error code and then locks up Code Warrior.

Many thanks that has got the advanced bean working.

Unfortunately the Bean Wizard is still not working, although it no longer crashes.

The error code is: -5,357.
