Hi,

For part number MPXV5010DP, please advise on which set of pin names / pin functions to use.

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/MPX5010.pdf

Page 14 of the datasheet (per link above) shows 2 sets of pin names / pin functions, namely "Style 1" and "Style 2".

Hi Fei,

The MPXV5010DP is an integrated pressure sensor so you have to use Style 2. Please note that there are also compensated pressure sensors in the same package. These devices have differential output (+Vout, -Vout) and then Style 1 is used.

 

So, the pin description is as follows:

 

1 – N/C

2 – Vs

3 – GND

4 – Vout

5 – N/C

6 – N/C

7 – N/C

8 – N/C

 

You can find it also in Figure 1 of the datasheet:
