Sensor Fusion on i.MX RT1170

I have i.MX RT1170 evaluation at the moment and trying to figure out how to integrate Sensor Fusion to the board. My understanding that  Sensor Fusion has a built-in support for some other boards, mostly Freedom for Kinetis. 

So my question is: can Sensor Fusion be mapped/ported to #i.MX RT1170

I could not find any info if the FXOS8700CQ sensor on i.MX RT1170 is compatible/complies with the requirements of the Sensor Fusion.  

Is there any documents/guidelines for the Sensor Fusion porting?

I see. If I use the RT1170+AGM01 SDK then Sensor Fusion is supported for the second board (AGM01), so I won't need to port it for the RT1170, right?

in the MCUXpresso is an SDK available for the RT1170+AGM01, which includes FXOS8700CQ.
